    Breakdown Sample Menu 1 R450 per head:

    On Arrival:
    Guest to laze about under the olive trees and have the following:
    * Bruchettas – Tomato and Basil
    – Olive and Avocado

    * Gazpachio Soup or a Hot Tomato Soup
    * Serrano Ham…. also being cut all the time in the space and sent to tables with bread rubbed with tomato
    * Patatas Bravas
    * Different Styles of Olives

    *Whole Fillet Tails sliced into 200g Portions and reassembled, served Medium Rare on Platters
    Each platter to serve 8.
    Accompanying each platter
    * Mushroom and Dijon sauce
    * Roast potatoes, Crispy
    * Sautéed Spinach with Garlic and Parmesan
    * Roasted vine Tomatoes with balsamic reduction
    * Grilled Asparagus with a Lemon Butter Sauce on the side
